The Al-Basheer Foundation has concentrated on supplementing the state service institutions with human resources through establishing volunteer teams that contribute to improving public services by:
- Organizing field campaigns to restore, clean, and dye the sidewalks of the streets and parks.
- Erect trash cans for bystanders in public places.
- Trees pruning and cultivating new varieties of plants in crowded places to help limit environmental pollution
- Lifting the concrete barriers that impede the traffic flow of movement.
